Leaf Screen & Debris
This is the leaf screen we use exclusively in Pima County. It sits flat on the gutter and is not easily visible. The small perforated holes don't hold or catch leaves easily, allowing them to be blown off the screen. Anything that can make it through these holes can be easily passed by the gutter without fear of clogging it up. Since they are aluminum, they will not degrade or age over time, they will outlast us all. And, in the event that the debris has to be removed from the screens, they can be easily swept or blown off.
Roof & Gutter Cleaning
We can do a thorough initial deep cleaning and assessment of your roof and gutters. Then we can set you up for a seasonal cleaning and maintenance depending on your needs. Often times mesquite trees will drop beans and leaves that will combine to create the perfect combination debris to build up and cause problems.
Drainage
The vast majority of the drains we install in Southern Arizona utilize this NDS Pop-Up Emitter. Our drain systems are designed to last. We use thick schedule 40 PVC pipe to ensure that once the drain is in, it will outlast us all. This is the same PVC pipe used by pool builders and municipalities. It will last. We use this solid pipe and the pop-up to create a pressurized drain. The pressure can be created by bringing the PVC Pipe up to the downspout 12-18 inches higher than the pop-up. The pressure pushes the Pop-Up lid up to allow water and debris out. When the rain stops the top closes, preventing mosquitoes and sun from entering the water. This ensures a safe system that has the potential to be self cleaning over time. Ask us for more details, our sales staff or sales engineer would be happy to explain it in greater detail.
